IBM and Asperity 'Highly Commended' at HR Excellence Awards

IBM was ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Most Innovative Use of Technology’ category at the HR Excellence Awards this year.

The Awards finalists gathered at the London Hilton on Park Lane last night for the prize-giving ceremony.

IBM Rewards, IBM’s employee benefits package which is provided by Asperity Employee Benefits, was praised by the judges for its employee-focused interface and its innovative use of Twitter to increase employee engagement with their benefits.

Asperity’s MD, Glenn Elliott, said: “We’re really pleased about IBM’s commendation at this year’s HR Excellence Awards. These awards are one of the most prestigious in the industry, and to have been recognised for such factors as great employee engagement is something IBM can be really proud of.”
